Exactly what I think – no more, no less

My stay was riddled with issues. I arrived late and was told my reserved room wasn’t available. After paying extra for a different room, I found it filthy, with a broken toilet and bugs everywhere. The manager gave excuses instead of solutions. A nightmare experience, and I’ll never return!

The kitchenette was functional and made it easier to prepare light meals during my stay.

The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible dirt and a dated appearance hampering my comfort.

The grounds maintained a relatively tidy appearance, which made the environment feel somewhat welcoming. Access to nearby grocery stores, gas stations, and parks offered a level of convenience for families.

Upon arrival, the room I received was in a less than ideal condition, with evident cleanliness issues such as a small rickety table and a mattress held up by a flimsy frame. Specific complaints included a dirty bathroom and a television mounted in a way that felt unsafe, along with a lack of basic toiletries that made the stay less comfortable. It was also frustrating to deal with ongoing issues of cleanliness and room quality without appropriate communication from management.

We had an enjoyable stay with our little kids, thanks to the spacious room and the convenience of being close to parks and shopping centers. The helpfulness of the front desk staff made our arrival and check-in smooth.

My wife says that the cleanliness could be improved.

The room was infested with roaches, with one crawling across the bed upon entry. Cleaning was clearly not a priority, as there was garbage left from previous guests and dirt visible on the floors. The staff's response was unprofessional, and it took excessive time to address the issues. Despite some positive moments, such as having decent internet access, the overwhelming cleanliness and service issues overshadowed any benefits.

Business travel, Avoid if possible

So I had to stay there for a year due to some personal issues and let me tell you this, front desk staff were helpful and always resolved my concerns pretty quickly. The area was strangely peaceful, just a few noises from the hallway but not a deal breaker, I could actually think.

It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess in this situation it was acceptable.
